Directions:
- Prep Your Lashes: Before using the eyelash curler, make sure your eyelashes are clean and free from any makeup or mascara. If you have mascara on, it’s best to remove it first to prevent any damage to your lashes.
- Warm Up the Curler (Optional): Some people prefer to warm up their eyelash curler slightly using a blow dryer on low heat. Warming the curler slightly can help the curl last longer, but be careful not to make it too hot to avoid burns.
- Position the Curler: Hold the eyelash curler with your dominant hand. Open the curler and position it at the base of your upper lashes, as close to the lash line as possible. The curved part of the curler should align with the shape of your eye.
- Gently Clamp the Curler: With the eyelash curler at the base of your lashes, gently close the curler, applying slight pressure. Make sure not to squeeze too hard to avoid causing any discomfort or damage to your lashes.
- Hold for a Few Seconds: Hold the curler closed for about 3 to 5 seconds, depending on the strength of the curler and the natural curl of your lashes. Be gentle and avoid pulling on your lashes.
- Curl Midway and Tips (Optional): For a more dramatic curl, you can repeat the curling process midway up your lashes and then again near the tips. However, be cautious not to over-curl, as this may cause your lashes to break.
- Apply Mascara (Optional): After curling your lashes, you can apply mascara to further enhance the effect. Apply mascara from the base to the tips of your lashes for a voluminous look.
- Clean and Store Properly: After using the eyelash curler, wipe any makeup residue from the rubber pad with a tissue. Store it in a clean, dry place to maintain its effectiveness and prevent bacterial growth.
